had a birthday dinner with my family just now for my dad. its kind of sad, how my family doesn't really talk to each other. the only communication between me and my parents is for them to scold me. i just talk to my sister or read a book or listen to music when im out with my family. my sis does the same thing, but she doesn't read thats all. so its like at the dinner table, my mom talks to my dad, i talk to my sis, but the kids dont talk to the parents. thats so sad. anyway we ate at sizzler's which is not bad i guess. the salad bar rox, even though i ate no vegetables the whole time lol. just drank alot of the soup and ate the crackers and icecream and potato wedges and coleslaw (k i guess coleslaw counts as vegetables so i had a healthy meal!!) den after that my sis wanted to buy shoes so me being the extremely short attention span person, got bored after watching her sit down and ask the lady for a pair of shoes, so i went up to popular to read for about 30mins before going home.
watched the island yesterday. the plot is extremely extremely cool. its the most original plot i've ever seen since...i dunno. definitely worth the money. and there are plenty of memorable quotes like "I OWN YOU" and "GOD-LY MAN". i think its one of the few movies im going to bother to dload so that i can watch it again. the idea behind the whole thing is just so cool...but i can't blog about it because its a spoiler lol.
soccertraining today. had a match. boos. dont wanna talk about it. suffice to say, i am not cut out to play soccer. the pool club calls.
national day is coming. the brilliance of amos tan has showed me the path to enlightenment. weekend on sat and sun, pon celebrations on mon, holiday on tues and wed, pon thurs and fri, weekend on sat and sun, and there we have early september holidays! omgwtfbbq!

haiz. i had a tremendous argument with my parents yesterday. "all the stresses come to me one by one". anyway yah basically all the stress of everything happening lately just came out in me, and then added to all the nagging and scolding, i just broke down. i locked myself into my room and cried my eyes out. its been so long since i really cried. its a terrible feeling, to feel so soulsick and weary and to just fall into your bed, and cry. and cry. and cry. haiz. =(
anyway i went for physics SPA today. was feeling really bad from last night but still tried and it wasn't that bad after all. got about the same results as alot of ppl so i feel safer. had no mood after that to play soccer, so i just took a bus back to RJ and stoned there with random bunches of ppl from 1 to 4. learnt new stuff about jenhan! ;) and keith. and wanlin (thx mich for spellingcheck). after that i crashed the cybergaming training to play dota lol. played till 5 when the automatic computer shutdown kicked in. went pasta with sinchi and dings after that. and i have work to do. arrrrgh =( and my parents are scolding me again =(

schoooool of rock! congrats to eternal loop for making it into the finals!
went to watch the school of rock competition today with gary edmond waileong teja dings joshua chin and met a few other random ppl while we were at the J8 open plaza. to tell the truth, it wasn't that interesting. until eternal loop came out. lol. not to be biased or anything, but of all the bands we had watched up to that point they were seriously the best. and us being badmannered, left after they performed. stoned around awhile more, den went to watch wet dreams2. its dammmmn funny but utterly stupid as well. i dunno whether it was a waste of my money ornot. butttt, we did get a world of warcraft cup from buying the combo which rox!! and im keeping it! and joshua just passed me the purple transformer which it so utterly complicated to transform. thx joshua!! in addition, i had tons of souvenirs from the school of rock event. sooo, being the intelligent person that i am, i stuffed them all into my jacket and zipped it closed. because being intelligent once again, i didn't bring a bag. will post pics later after i get them from gary. so gary if you're reading this send me the pics!

childhood memories!!
never would i have expected to pon school and do something so fulfilling lol. i woke up damn late because i was exhausted from the good charlotte concert the night before, and i looked at my handphone and i was like omfg 1 missed call! so i called back, and joshua chin said "hey wanna go to my sister's company and transform transformers for her? she'll treat us to dinner" or something to that extent. i'm extremely sure i made him repeat himself a few times before the truth sank in. in any case, i met him and edmond and gary and we took a cab to concourse. omfg his sister's office place is in the concourse!! i remember we had to go up to the second floor because the elevators service odd and even floors only. its freaking cool. anyway we went up to the 36th storey in one of those infinitely mirrored elevators. you know those kind where there are mirrors on opposite walls so it just goes on forever. i so totally want to work in the concourse!
anyway so we went into the office and we got led to this damn cool room where there is a great view of the whole city and got taught how to transform the transformers!!! had tons of fun doing that for like 4 hours?? then took the photo that is now my blog pic with the NINETY transformer robots that we transformed.
thenn, we went to eat at seoul garden.
thenn, we went home.

goodcharlotte concert roxors!!!
k i went to sch yesterday to stone around until 4+ before going home to put my stuff down/change/bathe for the concert. met yabbie cai dings sinchi dario at j8 to eat pastamania before going to kallang to meet gary. yabbie didn't go for the concert though. lol. we had no idea what bus to take to singapore indoor stadium so we just followed everyone in black/with chains etc. took 11 to the stadium in the end. there was some humongously long queue for the concert with everyone wanting to get in first so they could be closer to the stage i guess. anyway the concert rocked!! i dont have any pictures though they're all with gary. had tons of fun jumping around waving hands screaming and basically being crazy. although i ache everywhere today and can't talk properly because im hoarse its worth it!!! it was seriously one of the most fun things i've ever done in my 17 years of life. and there was this song going "this could be the best day, this could be the worst day, this could be the last day of your life" k yesterday was one of the best days!! goodcharlotte forever!! but the concert seemed kinda short to me, i actually made it home by 12am and considering dat it started at 8 was kind of short i guess...but nvm they still rock and so do all my friends who went for that concert!! and to everyone who was sitting down all of you are nooooobs! k im still high lol
k and due to certain people demands i have changed the photo on my blog lol. pls vote for which one you prefer on my tagboard!

k my chem is owned. i read this before but didn't post it, but i read it again because i was bored and surfing the net and since my chemistry CT is utter rubbish, i will post this. most ppl should have read this before.
Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?
Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant.
One student, however, wrote the following:
First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving. As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today. Most of these religions state: that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell.
Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially. Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added.
This gives two possibilities:
1.If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.

update! lol. bleah. k this update is for mich who has demanded that i update my blog as it is stagnating. and if you read my blog, please tag so i know you read my blog! =) haha.
CTs. amazingly, i did not get F F F F. but i dont think C E F F is much better anyway. and there appears to be alot of confusion about the grading system. our teachers should inform us better about what the grades are. but im quite sure my grades are C E F F anyway. i should work harder. =(
next on my list. HC dota compy. hahahaha. while i was writing the earlier part of this entry, waileong msned me and told me something utterly hilarious about the HC dota compy.

haha ok here i am to update!
nothing much has happened from the last update to the end of the holidays so i shall start from day 1 of school
monday : start of common tests. i go to sch to get owned completely by the GP common test on feminine beauty (wtf) which i know nothing about and the passage was DAMN hard to understand as well. so GG. but at least i know dat transcends does not = comes down from heaven, unlike sinchi's classmate. after GP, went to AC canteen, stoned around with cai bonks nut weihan sinchi in the canteen discussing dota and pretending to study econs. econs wasn't too bad. thank you yaksy and masayu for teaching me geography and as a result of your brilliant teaching, i have learnt the art of bullshitting. so i was able to answer the econs questions with some common sense and plenty of rubbish. went home. turned on the com. to my horror, nothing appeared on the monitor. rushed around for 2 hours not studying physics trying to repair my com. failed miserably. gave up and went to study physics. studied for about 2 hours before going to sleep. (btw the com spoiling was why i have not been online for so long and not updated)
tuesday : went to school depressed over the loss of my computer =( went into physics test knowing almost nothing about physics, and came out even more depressed. a sure F for this subject. went to sinchi's house with cai to dota. lol dota is seriously becoming some national singapore addiction. even girls are asking how to play it and are getting interested in it. one day, guinsoo (the creator of the dota map) will just hold the world to ransom by withholding dota maps. in preparation for that day, i will now backup all my dota maps. lol ok im abit crazy now nvm. went home and brought my com to the repair centre and went back to sleep.
wednesday : chemistry SPA. this was the most retarded exam ever. i spent more time traveling to sch and going back den i actually spent in sch -.- anyway, standard titration stuff, but i got quite a low value and my x was 7 when most ppl got 6. oh well. went to watch war of the worlds later. its a very good movie! must watch! BUT. the ending is utter rubbish. but i shall not spoil the sense of "HUH" you will get when u watch the ending, so im not writing anything about it.
thursday : maths. lol. my dad came up to me and asked "your maths how?" "fail lor" "expected" -.- ok so who am i to not fulfill my parents expectations. i failed. i did approximately 35/70 marks of my maths test, and i know at least 10 of that is wrong, so in all probablility i will get a single digit result. another F.
friday : chinese. omg chinese sux!!! enough said. chemistry. omg chem sux too!!!!! another two Fs here. so my results will probably be FOFF, the O for econs which i think i didn't do THAT badly for. anyway went to seoul garden to eat with sinchi cai dings. met moski jquek and keith on the way. nothing much. lazy to write all the different self-jacking quotes we heard that day. ok anyway, i went to dings house to stayover for fun because i had nothing to go home to do, my com still being at the repairman's. played dota. and dota. and dota. and more dota. lol. it is amazing how dota never fails to bore you. maybe if you play like 2-3 games in a row you'll get bored, but you'll always go back to it. =/
saturday : came home. GOT MY COM BACK!!! FINALLY!!! played all the games that i didn't play when it was being repaired. caught up abit on leveling in wow and stuff. played dota (of course). ok i will update more another time because benny has just reminded me of something extremely shocking that i had completely forgotten about and i will now go think about it. and search for food in my house because im too lazy to cycle to thomson to buy food now.
